About us

The history of our family has a history of modern agriculture, which comes from the past and was able to combine tradition with innovation. An example of a short chain , those at Km zero: we have the rice is grown, processed, packaged and sold on the place of origin, without intermediaries. 
Today, the third generation, we are a young (4 brothers all over 40 years old) and modern farm , and thanks to the activity of Pileria propose directly to the consumer of our precious rice, among which stand out as the flagship PDO Rice Riso di Baraggia Biellese e Vercellese. 
The rice , the passion for these lands, the 'craftsmanship of the stone processing and a good dose of imagination and creativity are the most important ingredients used in the preparation of our products. 
What do we offer? A wide range of products related to rice, the ready risottos exclusively prepared with our Carnaroli rice , special rice for cooking, such as the Venere black rice or Red Hermes.

We grow rice for more than 50 years, but since 1997 we decided to complete the cycle by turning and packaging directly our rice within the company.
During these years of great satisfaction, we met along our way even some news reports and television sets, which have given great importance not only to our company, but also to the territory in which we live and work.
